Box-for-inters broke through for his maiden A1881 victory at Zandvoort, leading home RothNz and Rankupwithme in a race that belonged almost entirely to Mercedes. After showing flashes of pace during weekday practice, Box-for-inters produced a commanding performance in the 100% Dutch GP, using an early undercut to disappear from the fight and eventually finish 19 seconds clear... There were no Safety Cars to shake things up, leaving strategy and outright pace to decide the afternoon. Box-for-inters made the most of both. Whatever preparation was done behind the scenes clearly worked, as the Mercedes driver controlled the race from pole and converted his first A1881 start at the front into a landmark first win.
