SV5 MASTERS THE CARNAGE AT JEDDAH SEASON OPENER

Image
The Saudi Arabian GP kicked off the new season in brutal fashion, with SV5 taking a commanding win under the lights of Jeddah ahead of Bards and his teammate Selecta. The podium set the tone for a chaotic opener that was a likely scenario for Jeddah, more so when cockpit cam is forced... From pole, SV5 looked razor-sharp in his new Racing Bulls machinery, especially with the usual title heavyweights Jordan and Mejg absent, leaving the spotlight wide open. When the lights went out, that spotlight turned into a floodlight of chaos almost instantly. A massive first-lap incident at Turn 3 saw Justin clatter into NaeDangerDavid, with Elche also collected, triggering the first safety car and causing widespread damage down the field. Gordini was among those carrying wounds for the rest of the race, nursing underbody damage but somehow surviving it, having to pit on hards to change wing, which turned out to be a good choice with the second safety car. Up front, SV5, Bards in the Williams, and ...

BOBOW STUNS ON DEBUT AT SILVERSTONE AS SEASON ENDS IN CLASSIC BRITISH CHAOS

Image
The season finale at Silverstone delivered exactly what it usually promises: uncertainty, mixed conditions, and decisive moments shaped by judgment rather than outright pace. On the podium, debutant Bobow took a remarkable win ahead of Rian, with newly crowned champion Mejg completing the top three after a tense and confusing race... The race began on a dry track, but a light drizzle arrived early and never fully left, creating one of those classic Silverstone scenarios where slicks always looked risky but intermediates never quite paid off. The drivers who committed to slicks and trusted the track to stay just dry enough ultimately came out ahead, while those who switched to inters and then scrambled back to slicks did well to limit the damage. Bobow, reserving for Alpine in his very first A1881 start, kept things simple. Treating the race like a calm Sunday drive, he went medium to hard and never panicked when the rain arrived. That composure paid off with a sensational debut victory...

NAEDANGER WINS CHAOTIC BELGIAN GP AS MEJG AND RACING BULLS SEAL WDC AND WCC AT SPA

Image
Spa-Francorchamps delivered one of the most chaotic races in A1881 history, with NaeDangerDavid taking victory for Williams ahead of Aston Martins of Rollie and Charldinho, while AA_Mejg officially secured his fifth A1881 World Drivers’ Championship and Racing Bulls wrapped up the Constructors’ title with one race to spare. From the opening lap, it was clear this shortened 50% distance race would be shaped more by survival and timing than pure pace. SCRFTronc’s rear-ending of Charldinho on Lap 1 caused immediate carnage behind, triggering the first of three safety cars and leaving Ironghost limping around with both front and rear wing damage. Racing was constantly interrupted, and long green-flag rhythm never truly arrived. NaeDanger started from pole in the Williams and managed the chaos better than anyone. While others gambled aggressively on strategy, he stayed out of trouble and was perfectly positioned when penalties reshuffled the order late on. Rollie followed him home in second...

SV5-3787 CLAIMS FIRST A1881 WIN IN HUNGARY!

Image
Hungaroring delivered one of the closest finishes in season, with SV5-3787 taking his first career victory ahead of AA_Mejg and a highly emotional third place for Bards. The Mercedes driver held off Mejg’s Visa RB by just 0.2 seconds at the flag, while Bards completed the podium in a Williams, marking his first top-three result of the season. The feature race followed an intense sprint earlier in the day, where Mejg won ahead of SV5 and Rian, setting the tone for a strategic battle. In the main race, Mejg looked on course to control proceedings after starting from pole, but his two-stop strategy came undone one lap too late. That single lap proved decisive, allowing SV5 to execute a perfectly judged one-stop in the Mercedes and emerge just ahead in the closing moments. It was a calm, controlled drive under pressure and a breakthrough moment for a driver who has been knocking on the door all season. Behind them, Bards produced a standout drive for Williams. Coming into the weekend after...
