RANKUPWITHME WEATHERS THE MONACO STORM

The cockpit-only challenge around Monaco delivered exactly the kind of drama expected from the Principality. Rankupwithme claimed another commanding victory for Williams ahead of Justin's resurgent Haas and teammate Bards, extending his championship lead even further. Behind the podium, Yeshurrun continued his superb season with fourth to climb above Rollie in the Drivers' Championship, while Keon backed up his impressive Silverstone debut with another outstanding performance in Ferrari machinery.

Monaco welcomed a new face to the grid as Furios_Dony stepped into Bobow's former Haas seat and immediately stunned everyone with a sensational 1:11.4 pole lap. The rookie led the field away on a dry circuit, but the race gradually evolved from dry conditions into light rain before ending in heavy rain, turning an already unforgiving circuit into one of the toughest races of the season.

Despite expecting a difficult afternoon, Rankupwithme relied on consistency rather than outright pace. As Furios_Dony came under increasing pressure, small mistakes began creeping into his laps. Rankup patiently stayed within striking distance until damage on the Haas opened the door for the lead. Justin, racing at the circuit he personally selected for the calendar and one that suited him far better than the new F1 26 machinery generally has, looked like the fastest driver on track and closed rapidly before suffering damage of his own.

Rain then transformed the race once again. Rankup stayed out a lap longer than ideal on worn hard tyres as grip disappeared corner after corner, allowing Justin to close dramatically. What looked set to become a thrilling fight for victory never fully materialized after Justin picked up a puncture while chasing. A late Safety Car added one final twist, but Rankup comfortably managed the restart to secure yet another victory and further cement his championship credentials.

Bards quietly continued his remarkable consistency with another podium finish for Williams. Yeshurrun's fourth place was enough to move ahead of Rollie in the championship standings as he continues chasing what would be his first career top-three championship finish.

Keon once again demonstrated that the new-generation cars seem perfectly suited to his driving style. In only his second official race with the machinery, the Ferrari driver collected another excellent haul of points and continues to establish himself as one of the revelations of the season.

Rollie's afternoon never truly recovered after becoming trapped behind and receive damage from Scaparro's AI-controlled Red Bull following the latter's disconnect. On a circuit where overtaking borders on impossible, valuable time was lost before the race even reached its strategic phase, leaving the Alpine driver to salvage sixth.

Mrbenchod overcame a qualifying ban and showed admirable commitment to bring his Aston Martin home in seventh, even being voted Driver of the Day by the game itself. Sir Ibbo once again proved that persistence pays off. After being the final driver still circulating at the finish, Monaco's brutal attrition rewarded him with valuable championship points as only eight drivers reached the chequered flag.

Scaparro was later declassified after his AI controlled much of the race following his disconnect. NaeDangerDavid, standing in for Rothnz, retired after the late Safety Car and left Rothnz empty-handed.

HaggisNT never found the pace he has shown in previous rounds before eventually triggering the late Safety Car that reshaped the closing laps. Box-for-inters retired early, while Energetic endured one of the most frustrating races of the season. A rear puncture left him stranded for several minutes before his damaged Mercedes became stuck near pit entry, temporarily forcing race control to close the pit lane. Although he eventually recovered the car, rear wing damage later ended his race.

Furios_Dony's dream debut ultimately became a nightmare. After dazzling everyone with pole position, the rookie was reportedly caught out by the pit lane closure after missing the Race Director message and suffered the first "eggplant" of his A1881 career despite showing enormous promise. Luca and Crunchypancake completed the lengthy retirement list on a day where simply reaching the finish was an achievement in itself.

With five rounds complete, Williams continue to strengthen their grip on both championships, while Rankupwithme leaves Monaco with another statement victory in one of the season's toughest events. Next up is %100 length legendary Spa!

Rankupwithme interview: "Monaco win, aaaaah, that feels special. It was an enduring race. I didn't qualify on pole, so I knew I had work to do. The new driver, Furious, started from P1, but he was under pressure from the very beginning. He was making small mistakes almost every lap, and I just stayed patient, waiting for an opportunity while pressuring him. Eventually, Furious picked up damage, which allowed me to take the lead. At the same time, Justin, who was the fastest driver on the track today, also suffered damage while chasing, so I suddenly found myself leading with a comfortable gap.

Then everything changed. Rain arrived.

Unfortunately, I stayed out one lap too long, and driving on hard tyres in wet Monaco was absolutely terrifying. Justin was catching me lap after lap, and the gap was disappearing quickly. It looked like we were heading for an incredible fight for the win.

But Monaco had one more twist. Justin suffered a puncture while chasing me, which relieved the pressure. Even a late Safety Car couldn't stop us from bringing the car home.

The grip was so brutal, the lowest in all racing i've ever done as the hards were wearing off and as i thought it couldnt get worse, rain came 😂

In the end, we stayed calm when others cracked, survived the rain, survived the pressure, and conquered the streets of Monaco. Another victory, another statement, and another unforgettable chapter in this season. Excited for Belgium to be next!"
