JORDAN WINS SEASON 19 FINALE IN LAS VEGAS AS AA_MEJG CLAIMS SILVER MEDAL; WHILE WILLIAMS SEAL THE WCC TITLE WIT ENDRU'S BRONZE MEDAL!

Season 19 drew to a close under the glittering lights of the Las Vegas Strip, and it was Jordan in the Alpine who rose from a lowly P11 on the grid to claim victory in the season finale. He was joined on the podium by AA_Mejg in the Aston Martin and Selecta in the Red Bull, who celebrated his first podium finish of the season...

The race began dry and stayed that way over 25 laps, with Endru starting from pole in the Williams and Rian lining up just behind. But it was AA_Mejg’s Aston Martin that made the early move, sweeping past both Williams drivers in the opening laps. Jordan meanwhile climbed methodically through the field after his disappointing qualifying, waiting for his moment. That moment came after the Safety Car, when lapped traffic played a role: Inginne in the VisaRB slotted between Jordan and his chasers, allowing the Alpine to break DRS and pull clear. From there, Jordan never looked back, clinching his first Las Vegas win and capping off a stunning campaign that made him the undisputed World Drivers’ Champion with 319 points... Selecta's first podium this season was emotional, as he had to endure all the mocking from Rollie for finishing the championship below him in a quicker car...

Behind the podium trio, Energetic impressed in the Mercedes with a composed run to P4, while Rollie in the second Alpine drove aggressively to snatch P5, including a late-race overtake on Endru’s Williams. For Endru, who had looked destined for the podium, it was heartbreak on the final lap as small mistakes shuffled him down to P6. Bards carried the Haas to P7, continuing his reputation as one of the season’s most consistent midfield performers in his rookie season.

Dunce delivered P8 in the Aston Martin after starting way down in P15, showing solid pace through the stints. Keon secured P9 in the KICK Sauber, a strong drive that added more points to his tally and helped the team keep McLaren behind in the Constructors’ fight. Speaking of McLaren, Tvoje returned to the grid in style, steering his orange car into P10 – a steady showing for his comeback race on the new game build.

The Ferrari camp had mixed fortunes. FTronc, standing in, brought his Ferrari home in P11, while Javinwain pushed the Red Bull into P12 after starting at the very back. Inginne’s VisaRB was lapped during the SC period but still made it home in P13, ahead of his teammate Sir_Ibbo who settled into P14. McLaren’s Kast suffered a Fanatec failure and retired mid-race, a sour end to his season after flashes of strong form.

Further down the order, Rian’s race unraveled after a pit lane speeding penalty earned him a 10-second sanction; he later parked the Williams in the pits, bringing a premature end to what could have been a podium fight. Racechase also retired the KICK Sauber after a puncture, one of the few mechanical casualties of the finale.

The bigger picture was clear: Williams, with Endru and Rian’s strong season, sealed the Constructors’ Championship on 489 points, just ahead of Alpine’s 467. Aston Martin secured third with 428, cementing their late-season surge. Red Bull finished fourth on 301, with Ferrari close behind at 275. Every single team and every single driver scored points across the 19th season.

The medals were also decided across the championship tables. In the Drivers’ standings, Jordan took gold, with AA_Mejg securing the silver medal and Endru claiming bronze, narrowly fending off his Williams teammate Rian. On the Constructors’ side, Williams lifted the crown,

It was a fitting finale for a remarkable, wettest season of A1881. With Ironghost back on comms to close out the season, the drama and spectacle of Season 19 were given the voice they deserved.

As the lights of Las Vegas faded, all eyes already turn to Season 20. We will be redistriubting the cars and raise the challange for the quick drivers once more in CAS. Season 20 will open on 31 August, on a %100 length Netherlands GP...
