JORDAN WINS QATAR GP AND REJOINS TITLE PARTY!

Jordan won Qatar GP ahead of his countryman AA_Mejg, although both were behind Rian on track, due to unforgiving track limits of Lusail Circuit bringing Rian 9 seconds of penalty…

Rian set another alien time and began on pole. The confident trio ahead had started on hards, and they stayed within each other’s DRS for a long time. When Rian passed the finish line he was 2.6 seconds ahead of Jordan’s Alpine, but had to accept P3 for having 9 seconds penalty. This made Jordan hold onto the title fight once more, after missing last week’s race. Mejg’s effort together with Dunce put Visa RB above Mercedes in WCC and himself on top in WDC.

Naedangerdavid was the driver of the day following podium, and his teammate Rian in end results. His effort despite having a quali ban made Aston Martin the team of the week once more, extending their comfortable lead in WCC. He was followed by Rothnz in Ferrari, finding the only fun at second half of the race in lapping and unlapping Rollie. Endru’s dropping late form finally cost him the lead in WDC, coming 6th in this race with his Mercedes. Dunce once more outperformed his car like his teammate and finished P7, ahead of Bhavish, who had his last race this season in his Ferrari. Mirko seemed to promise more with his quali time, but seemed to lack race pace in his Williams and settled for P9. Dan came back for reserving and brought McLaren 12 points by finishing 10th, becoming the race winner of the lapped drivers… Selecta followed him in P11 with Williams. Ironghost enjoyed his RedBull, even though he occasionally forgot where he was in the hypnotizing layout of Lusail circuit. Rollie followed him in P13 with Mercedes, having to leave lobby due to power outage at home and only to take back the control of his car at Lap 37, when it was already lapped. Tarkangino finished P14 in McLaren, after serving his quali ban. Varea obviously was determined to finish the race this time, and he came 15th in Haas. Sir Ibbo legend was once more the last driver alive on track in his RedBull.

Slowfiveohh retired in pits with his Sauber. The interesting case of Minepix retired on track, with the disappointment of not finding a race engineer for himself, while he was reserving in Gordini’s Alpine.

We are heading to the last %100 length race of this season to be run on Abu Dhabi next Sunday!
