ENDRU DOMINATES SEASON 14 AND BRINGS VISA RB DOUBLE ON SILVERSTONE!

Endru once more won the race, this time on Silverstone, to head for one of the most dominant titles of A1881. Champion Rothnz showed he is quali-ban-proof and completed VISA RB double. Racechase reached third step of podium on his reserve debut with Aston Martin...

Saul Goatman in McLaren took advantage of aliens suffering in quali, with a strong time to begin on pole. Endru was P9 and he needed to be careful to have a possible shot on this one. Saul’s lead did not last long, with Endru showing once more above-his-age experience and maturity, to steadily climb where he belongs. The battles behind him were intense throughout the race, but he broke a possible league record by putting 40 seconds to Rothnz in P2, and showed he won’t leave the title to last minute this time. He was cool and down to earth once more in his interview:

Endru: At the start i thought my race was done, i was P9 after I couldn’t do a lap in q3 because the bump in the track in s3, then on the grid i saw it was dry and i thought i had way too much downforce to start P9 in dry conditions, i was very nervous but i made the best of it, I eventually made my way to p1 in i think 10 laps or so then there was a saftey car perfect to pit for inters and after the saftey car i had very good pace somehow, what I didn’t notice was that i was burning my fuel and i had to do massive fuel saving for the second half of the race, Roth did a better job than me by doing a P19-P2 👏

At the moment i could try to get the record for the most dominant title which is owned by Rian with 128 points to P2 because i have 64 points to P2 with 5 races to go but in season 9 I learned to not get too greedy….

Champion Rothnz deserves another paragraph, by once more taking the quali ban like a man and extract the most out of the toughest conditions. This made him sit second in championship, 59 points behind his teammate. Racechase showed his quality while reserving for Tbran in Aston, and despite having his moments with Saul, he was able to bring Aston its first podium this season.

Behind the podium Tvoje in Mercedes once more signalled his massive improvement in pace and consistency, and kept himself at P4 in championship as well as in the race. Behind him was Saul in McLaren, sitting third in championship with this result. Rollie in Aston and Dan in Mercedes had their long-awaited race long battle, and crossed finish line almost together, with Rollie being ahead. Rollie’s dive into Stowe seemingly only hurt himself and his confidence, but gave the position back to take it back on the finish line. Despite finishing ahead of Dan in his home soil, he is still sitting behind Dan in standings. Keon finished P8 in his Alpine, racing his first full time race on 24 game. Bhavish finished 9th in McLaren. P10 we had Justin, doing his full time debut in Williams, showing promising pace and claiming the fastest lap of the race. Selecta came back to full time grid with Haas, and reached P11 in his first full time race. Kast brought his Ferrari 12th to finish line, ahead of the last driver alive on track, yes, Sir Ibbo in Redbull.

Naedangerdavid, Varea, Rianc, CPI_Jordan, Dunce and Inginne all retired their cars, to carry their eggplants until an unknown future… We are heading to Singapore GP next week, the pick of Haggisnt…
