CAJOCO INCREASES HIS GAP IN WDC BY WINNING ON HUNGARY GP!

Cajoco continued extracting the most out of his top-car season and clinched another victory, putting him on podium in all the races this season. Rothnz gained second place in last lap and Endru had to follow him in third…

Race began with Endru on pole and he led majority of the race, until he started having fuel issues. Cajoco caught Endru towards final laps and we saw an incredible battle between the three in last five laps. Rothnz turned on the beast mode on Endru in last lap and this helped his teammate Cajoco save himself from Endru and disappear in distance. With this, Aston clinched the second double of the season after Austria, with Cajoco ahead once more. Cajoco seemed to feel at home during interview:

“Really good race for me, I’ve been feeling very comfortable around Hungary during practice so was feeling pretty confident! Myself and Endru pulled away quite early on and from there I was just managing the tyres and fuel due to lack of SC’s (a good complaint lol).

We switched positions a couple of times over the race but the real battling began in the last 7 laps or so and I’m delighted I took the victory and a strong 1-2 for Aston Martin, thanks to a very strong late push from my teammate 💪

Forrest Jump once more was the best of the rest, and showed again how dangerous he can be in a better car. He was followed again by two Ferraris, again with Dan ahead of Rollie. Rollie had to deal with fuel issues half of the race and took an oath to never touch that fuel level bar again. He was followed by Gordini who had again the best pace Williams can have. Mrmccann finished 8th in McLaren, reaching his best result this season. He was followed by Ebird, who is being consistently outperformed by his teammate Forrest Jump in Alfa Romeo this season. Altan finished 10th in Alpine. Kingdom returned to grid after a difficult post-surgery recovery process and gained important points for McLaren, making them climb above Alphatauri. Sir Ibbo in Willliams finished 12th, ahead of his long term rival Cmrcn, who was the last driver alive on grid but helped to save Alpine from the bottom of the table with this important contribution.

Elgogetaman, Shmodus, Keon, Selecta, Mert and Leegoat were all eggplanted. The eggplants of Mert and Leegoat were especially undeserved, triggered by a game bug suffered by Leegoat, whose title chances are severely hurt by this but still there…

We are heading to legendary Spa o A1881 next Sunday…
