HAGGISNT BECOMES THE NEW RACE WINNER OF A1881 IN MIAMI!

Haggisnt has reached his first win with Mercedes in A1881 after missing the first race of season and fulfilled the expectations from him coming from his Aston season. Behind him was Cajoco, who once more overcame the quali ban and reached an impressive result. Rothnz was again on third step of podium by claiming the fastest lap once more…

The quali was wet and Haggisnt was on pole with his reserve teammate Rianc right behind. The race was dry and he led for a few laps but with the intervention of multiple safety cars, he had to pit and climb back a few positions. After the last SC around lap 20, he was on lead again and brought his car home comfortably and safely. His first win in A1881 made him the 19th different race winner of the league, and the 10th race winner of the current full-time grid. He was happy to give his first interview on his win:

“Was a fun race, I’m honestly just glad to be out of the Aston, didn’t realise how much of a hindrance that car actually was until I started driving the Merc. The amount of safety cars kept the race interesting since a lot of the time the drivers around me where on the opposite tyre to me so I wasn’t sure if I’d made the right call or not starting on mediums. Rothnz still having that much pace in a AT is slightly terrifying and it’s going to take a lot to try and beat him throughout the championship. Drivers like Loi, Altan, Tan and PSkeon also showed great pace and kept me on my toes so huge respect to them. Hopefully can keep this form up for the rest of the season and my inconsistency’s from last year stay away.”

Cajoco reached an impressive result, by bringing Alpine to second from the very back of the grid due to his penalty. Rothnz was again annoying and reached podium, by also claiming the fastest lap, giving him the lead in WDC and his team the lead in WCC once more, with the important contribution of his countryman and teammate Butcher.

Tan finished right behind podium in his Alpine. He always had the pace, but finally is able to finish races in a row. In 5th place was Selecta, fulfilling his promise to finish a race above Rollie with Williams quite early in season. Rollie was following him from some 6 seconds behind, with an injured car and many incidents. He was ahead of Altan and this made him forget all the suffering he had throughout the race. Keon finished behind Altan at P8,  even though he was in P2 at some point and P3 soon, he suffered the consequences of Altan’s unsafe joining the track. This at least cost Altan a penalty of 5 seconds given by the game, which was possibly the only correct thing happening in the lobby. Sir Ibbo finished P9 and right ahead of Butcher, who has finished his second race in Top 10, a possible career record. The last driver alive on track was ASLN, who was reserving for Mrmccann in Ferrari. Oh btw Altan finished P7 and behind Rollie in a REDBULL. Did i mention that? I geuss i did. Oh nvm.

Endru, Kingdom, Cmrcnn, Rianc11, Atwinke, ElGogetaMan and Dan all received their eggplants to carry it with them throughout the break, at least up until the next race in Imola two weeks later…
