ROTHNZ SECURES HIS SECOND TITLE ON IMOLA WHERE HE GOT HIS FIRST RACE WIN OF HIS CAREER!

Rothnz got his seventh race win in a row while claiming his second title, also giving Mercedes the WCC, setting an almost impossible record to break. He was followed by Legendarygoat who finally reached podium following a series of incredible performances in Haas. In third place was another podium addict reserve Gordini in Alpine...

Rothnz had only 3 points to gather for securing the title, yet he wanted to do it in style and got his seventh race in a row by setting himself a challange of doing a two stopper. Claiming the most dominant title of A1881 alongside the title for WCC, he was cheerful:

“I Hola Amigos!

I just wanna say thank you all for this season. Thanks to all of my opponents who also is my friends. We are a great community, lead by the awesome A1881-crew. A warm and special thanks to them aswell for all of the hard work and effort they put on this league to make it as good as it is today!

I enjoyed this season even tho the Mercedes is a bit OP. Im even more excited about next season, but first we are heading to China where my mission will be to bring my teammate Rollie to the podium!

Good luck in China, guys!

And lets get ready for a new season!”

Legendarygoat reached his first podium this season, showing an incredible quali and race performance and already showing he has what it takes for the title in a better car next season. Gordini was near perfect as always, bringing the Alpine of Cajoco to podium once more.

Gbjhilterman had made himself missed for a while, but again showed he had top quality, bringing Mclaren to P4 while being picked as the Driver of the Day. Dan reached P5, carrying his consistent run of form to catch Rollie in WDC, with a little bit of help from his youngster teammate Endru, who followed him right behind as an absolute wingman. Ebird followed Alfa Romeos, he gave the audience some hope in qualifying to possibly challange Rothnz, but unable to keep up with the Swede’s incredible pace. Finnderman finished in P8 in Aston as a reserve, giving us a breathtaking finish-line battle with Rollie. Rollie once again disappointed with P9, he already never had the pure pace but losing his consistency sure made him being questioned about his right to be in a Mercedes seat and now he goes to the final race of the season with a risk of losing the third place medal. Altan followed Rollie, harmed by Rollie’s divebomb into T1, yet he was still able to secure P2 in WDC before the last race, also taking the fastest lap of the race. Mrmccann finished 11th now third time in a row, setting a somewhat similar record to Rothnz’s wins and Tan’s eggplants. Tbran finished 12th in Redbull to replace Atwinke, followed by Sir Ibbo once more to be the last driver alive on track, while Kingdom, Butcher and Tan receiving their eggplants…

The season finale in A1881 will be run on China GP next Sunday!
